Here is the full spoiler for the AEW Battle of the Belts II special which was taped After the April 15th 2022 live edition of AEW Rampage. The event will air Saturday night on TNT at 8PM Eastern/5PM Pacific.

AEW President Tony Khan came out to introduce Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus.

The commentary team is Tony Schiavone, Excalibur and Taz.

The special opens with TNT Champion Scorpio Sky vs. Sammy Guevara. Sammy won the title in a strong bout that saw Ethan Page and Dan Lambert get involved, leading to Tay getting involved. Paige VanZant ran out and brawled with Conti. Really fun, strong match.



--ROH Champion Jonathan Gresham defeated Dalton Castle.

After the match, They went to shake hands but out came Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Satnam Singh. They attack, meanwhile, Lee Moriarty with Matt Sydal come out to try and make the save, but they are crushed too. But out came Samoa Joe with a steel pipe. Joe forced Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Satnam Singh to leave the ring.
