Sivakarthikeyan Joins Hands With Director Madonne Ashwin For His Next 'Maaveeran'

Chennai, July 15 - Tamil star Sivakrathikeyan is in the red hot form at the box office with two back-to-back mega successes in the form of Doctor and Don. While his films have done very well in Tamil, the recent two movies have also faired well in the Telugu language as well.

Sivakrathikeyan has now joined hands with Madonne Ashwin for yet another interesting and unique movie. Ashwin is best known for the Tamil movie "Mandela", which won critical appreciation. His upcoming movie with Sivakarthikeyan has been titled Maaveeran in Tamil while the Telugu title is Mahaveerudu.



The movie was announced on Friday and the title teaser. By the looks of the teaser, it seems Siva is playing a superhero in the movie which will be produced by Arun Viswa under the banner of Shanthi Talkies. The music of the movie will be composed by Bharath Sankar while the DOP is Vidhu Ayyanna. The shooting will start soon.



Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan will next be seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie "Prince" which is directed by Anudeep KV. Ukrainian actress Maria Ryaboshapka has been paired opposite Sivakrathikeyan in the movie, produced by Shree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Suresh Productions Pvt Ltd. It is scheduled to release on Diwali 2022.
