Sidharth Malhotra Action Thriller 'Yodha' Gets Postponed To September 2023

Mumbai, April 25 - Sidharth Malhotra-fronted action thriller film Yodha, directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha has been postponed to September 15, 2023, from its originally announced July 7 release.

Produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Amazon and Shashank Khaitan, "Yodha" is set against the backdrop of an airplane hi-jack. The shoot of the movie is already wrapped up and it is currently in the post-production work.



Even though the movie was on track to release on July 7, the makers feel that it needs a clear window to shine at the box office rather than competing with others in a jam-packed schedule.

Yodha is touted to be a special collaboration between Karan Johar and Sidharth Malhotra, as the inside reports about the film indicate a high-on-content action thriller. It's an edge-of-the-seat airplane hijack story that also features Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna in key roles.
