Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' Theatrical Run-Time And Advance Booking Update Revealed

Mumbai, October 26 - Superstar Salman Khan's Tiger 3 is one of the most-awaited films. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the spy action thriller is scheduled to release on November 12 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, and is a part of Yash Raj Films Spy Universe. The film follows the events of "Tiger Zinda Hai", "War", and "Pathaan", and is said to be the biggest film in the franchise yet.

The third instalment of the blockbuster franchise is probably the first major Bollywood movie in the recent past to release on Sunday, that too on the day of the Diwali festival, and YRF is looking highly confident about it to emerge another monster blockbuster after "Pathaan" earlier this year.



Meanwhile, the film's theatrical runtime has been revealed which is approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes (155 minutes), making it the 3rd longest-running film in the Spy Universe in a total of 5 films. Only "Tiger Zinda Hai" and "Pathaan" had the shorter run-time than the upcoming blockbuster.

Yash Raj Films will open the advance booking of the film on November 5, a week before the film's release. Being a hugely-anticipated film, "Tiger 3" is expected to have a bumper response in the pre-sales which is essential for the film that is heavily frontloaded. The opening of the movie might be lower than expected as night shows on the opening day will be impacted due to Diwali, but the movie has a long holiday weekend ahead. If the gets a positive reception, it could prove to be an unstoppable force at the box office.

The movie stars Salman Khan as the titular RAW agent Tiger aka Avinash Singh Rathore alongside Katrina Kaif as Zoya, Tiger's wife and ex-ISI agent. Emraan Hashmi makes his debut in YRF's Spy Universe and plays the role of the deadly villain Aatish while Shah Rukh Khan plays a cameo as Pathaan.
