SK20: Ukrainian Actress Maria Ryaboshapka Cast To Play Female Lead Opposite Sivakarthikeyan

Chennai, March 21 - Tamil star Sivakrathikeyan will be romancing a Ukrainian actress in his currently on floors yet untitled film, "SK20". Sivakarthikeyan has teamed up with "Jathi Ratnalu" director Anudeep KV for this Tamil-Telugu bilingual romantic-comedy film.

On Monday, Suresh Productions took to Twitter and announced actress Maria Ryaboshapka on board as the female lead opposite Tamil star for "SK 20". It marks Maria's Indian film debut. Earlier, she was seen in the Disney Plus Hotstar series, "Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story".

"SK 20" will be bankrolled by Narayan Das K Narang, Suresh Babu, and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and it will reportedly feature one more female lead apart from Maria. As per reports, Sivakarthikeyan plays a Tamil and Telugu teacher while Maria will be portraying an English teacher.

It also stars Sathyaraj and Premgi Amaran in key roles. Thaman S will score the music of a cross-cultural film. The shooting started a couple of weeks back and is going on in Karaikudi and other areas. The next locations will be in Chennai, New Delhi, and London.
