Hyderabad, June 5 - Adivi Sesh is currently the talk of the town, thanks to his ambitious film Major, based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. The biographical drama is winning appreciation from all parts of the country and now, Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun has joined "Major" admirers.

Allu Arjun, whose last year's release Pushpa - The Rise was a big box office hit and its dialogues and dance steps have crossed borders, took to Twitter to congratulate Adivi Sesh and the team for this brilliantly executed movie. AA also congratulates Mahesh Babu for producing this film and giving audiences a heartwarming experience.

"Major", directed by Sashi Tikka, traces the inspirational journey of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and his bravery before he attained martyrdom in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. It also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi, and Murali Sharma in key roles.

Produced by Sony Pictures Networks, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment, and A+S Movies, "Major" scored a huge Rs. 13.4 crores gross at the worldwide box office on its opening day. It is by far the biggest opening ever for Adivi Sesh. The word of mouth is super strong which will help the movie to generate huge footfalls in cinemas.
