Paresh Rawal Appointed Chairperson Of National School Of Drama

National Award-winning actor and former BJP MP Paresh Rawal has been appointed chairperson of India's premier theatre training institute National School of Drama (NSD) on Thursday.

Talking to PTI about becoming the chairperson of NSD, Paresh Rawal said, "It will be challenging but fun. I will do my best because this is a field I know very well".

Paresh Rawal was awarded the National Film Award in the Best Supporting Actor category for his performances in Woh Chokri and Sir. In 2014, he was honored with the Padma Shri.
