Marvel Studios To Change The Title of 'Avengers 5'

Los Angeles, February 21 - Marvel Studios is all set to drop the title of the Avengers 5 movie that was originally titled The Kang Dyansty.

It has been reported that Marvel was planning to move on from the title after actor Jonathan Majors, who played Kang The Conquerer and was touted to be a big thing in the MCU, was found guilty of reckless assault in the third degree and harassment.



However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Majors' conviction wasn't the sole reason behind the title change as Marvel was making moves to minimize the character after Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania underperformed at the box office.

Avengers 5 is due to release in 2026 and it will now be getting a new title. It is said that Kang The Conquerer's character will either be minimized or excised entirely in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
