Dhanush's Period Action Drama 'Captain Miller' Gets A Release Date

Chennai, July 28 - The teaser of Tamil star Dhanush's much-awaited period action drama film "Captain Killer" was dropped on July 28 at midnight on the occasion of the actor's birthday. The movie is directed by Arun Matheswaran and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.

"Captain Miller" will see Dhanush in a never-before-seen avatar. The teaser gives a small hint of Dhanush sporting three different looks in the movie and is wanted for a reward of 10,000. The movie is set in the Madras Presidency of the 1930s and 40s, and as the teaser progresses, viewers are taken on an enthralling journey through this crucial period.



The teaser also gives the first look glimpse at the characters of the lead actress Priyanka Arul Mohan along with Shivarajkumar, and Sundeep Kishan. Meanwhile, along with the teaser, the makers have also confirmed the release date of the movie.

"Captain Miller" is a Pan India movie and will be hitting cinemas worldwide on December 15, 2023, in multiple languages, including Hindi. December is already packed with multiple big films across languages, especially Hindi language movies such as "Animal", "Sam Bahadur", "Fukrey Returns", "Yodha", an untitled rom-com starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, and Shah Rukh Khan's mega movie "Dunki".
