Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrar War becomes the highest first Monday collection movie of the year 2019 and 11th highest of all time for the Hindi language with the collection of 20.60 Cr India net on its 6th day. It surpasses Kabir Singh's 17.54 Cr collection on the first Monday of the year 2019.

For Hrithik Roshan, War is the second-highest first Monday collection movie after Krrish 3 which earned 33.41 Cr India net while the highest for Tiger Shroff. His previous highest first Monday collection film was Baaghi 2 which earned 12.10 Cr India net.

War, however, benefitted by the holiday of MahaNavami on its first Monday where this action thriller did collect 21.50 Cr. India net for all languages. Apart from Hindi, it earned 70 Lakh from Telugu and 20 Lakh from Tamil version which is good hold considering the fewer shows plus Tollywood movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy also running in the theaters.

After the first 6 days, War has collected 187.75 Cr India net for all languages. It will cross 200 Cr for the Hindi language on its 7th day (Tuesday) due to Dussehra (VijyaDashmi), which will be the fastest in terms of days to go past 200 Cr mark in the year 2019. Kabir Singh again is the quickest to cross 200 Cr mark which took 13 days for this romantic drama film to reach the milestone.

On the other hand, multi-starrar Tollywood film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy dropped 41.57% from its Sunday collection and earned 10.40 Cr India net for all languages. It collected most from the Telugu version where it did 9.40 Cr business. After its first 6 days, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has collected 135.20 Cr India net for all languages.
