Box Office: 'Singham Again' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' Combined Deliver Biggest Single Day Collection In Hindi

Mumbai, November 2 - The festival of love and lights, Diwali 2024 illuminated the Indian box office with all the major films across different languages performing exceptionally well. For Bollywood, it is Singham Again and Bhool Bhualaiyaa 3 which stormed the BO to create a new record.

The Ajay Devgn-starrer cop action drama scored a huge 43.50 crores net collection on its first day which is the biggest opening for the actor and director Rohit Shetty. On the other hand, the horror-comedy starring Kartik Aaryan too wasn't far behind as it minted a massive 35.50 crores net opening day, again the biggest for the actor and director Anees Bazmee.



The combined total of 79 crores of Singham 3 and BB3 along with another 1 crore net from other movies makes November 1, 2024, the biggest day ever at the Hindi box office. Previously, the biggest single-day collection in Hindi was on September 10, 2023, with approximately 77 crores net when Jawan was released.

1. 1 November 2024 - 80 Cr Approx. (Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3)



2. 10 September 2023 - 77 Cr Approx. (Jawan)

3. 15 August 2023 - 76.50 Cr Approx. (Gadar 2 and OMG 2)

As far as the biggest opening in Hindi for a single movie is concerned, Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan remains on top with 65.50 crores net collection while Singham Again is the 8th biggest and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is at 17th in the list.

Singham Again is now the biggest opener for a trilogy, followed by Salman Khan's Tiger 3 which scored 43 crores net opening in Hindi. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is the third on the list, followed by Dhoom 3 with 33.40 crores net.
