Box Office: 'Housefull 5' Second Day/First Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, June 7 - After one of the biggest openings for a Bollywood movie of 2025, superstar Akshay Kumar-fronted comic caper Housefull 5 witnessed a growth of 25%-30% on its second day, which also happens to be Bakrid holiday.

According to early estimates, the film is expected to score in the range of 29-31 crore net collection on Saturday, which pushes its total collection to around 54 crores net in 2 days, with the opening weekend likely to be 85-90 crores net, which is a very good result.



The movie is performing best in centres like Delhi, UP, Bihar, while other centres like Gujarat and Rajasthan are also showing improvement. The film witnessed a good jump means the reports are positive among the targeted audience, which is a good sign.

The film has benefited from franchise value, and with good reports, there is a good chance it will score decent to good hold on Monday, which is crucial for the film's success. Overall, the prospects for the film are looking bright, but there is a wait-and-watch situation as far as longevity is concerned.
