Yash Raj Films Locks The First Cut of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-Fronted Spy Actioner 'Tiger 3'

Mumbai, June 24 - After scoring one of India's biggest blockbusters in the form of "Pathaan", Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films has now shifted its focus on the next tentpole "Tiger 3" starring superstar Salman Khan alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.

YRF has been soft so far regarding the updates of this Maneesh Sharma's directorial. As the movie is getting ready to release on Diwali this year, some big updates about the film have been revealed. It has been shot exquisitely at varied locations across the globe and is touted to be the most expensive film in the universe.



According to Pinkvilla, the makers have locked the first cut of "Tiger 3" and now working on getting other aspects of post-production to lock the final full cut. The report says that the VFX work is going on in full swing, and the same is the case with the background score.

The "Tiger 3" is looking to lock the important aspects ready by August and then dive into the marketing campaign. It is also revealed that Salman Khan as Tiger and Katrina Kaif as Zoya will start the dubbing from Monday.

The third installment of this blockbuster franchise will have Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist this time. YRF has kept Hashmi's role under wraps but multiple reliable reports have confirmed his role in the film. It marks his debut in YRF's Spy Universe. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan will also make a cameo appearance in the film.

"Tiger 3" will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages this Diwali.
