Ayushmann Khurrana's Socio-Political Thriller 'Anek' Sets March 2022 Release Date In Theaters

Mumbai, October 22 - Actor Ayushmann Khurrana's socio-political thriller film "Anek" has been confirmed to be hitting theaters on March 31, 2022. The supremely talented and versatile actor reunites with renowned director Anubhav Sinha for this one of its kind film. It will be produced by Bhushan Kumar and Anubhav Sinha under T-Series and Benaras Mediaworks.

Ayushmann took to Twitter and shared a new still from the film. "Thrilled to reunite with @anubhavsinha for a character that pushed me out of my comfort zone & with #BhushanKumar as a support system, #Anek will usher in a different language of cinema. Mark the date for this socio-political thriller: 31.03.2022", he wrote.

Earlier, "Anek" was scheduled to release on September 17, 2021, in theaters. However, due to the restrictions on cinemas in Maharasthra, the makers decide to postpone it and it will now be arriving in March 2022. The shooting of the film was recently concluded in Assam.
