Amazon Prime Video has launched the Motion Logo of Gulabo Sitabo on Tuesday, May 19. The film will be premiered worldwide on June 12 on Prime Video. The trailer of Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer and Shoojit Sircar directed will be released soon.

On May 14, Gulabo Sitabo was announced for its global premiere on Amazon Prime Video. It was the second Hindi film after Nawazuddin Siddiqui's 'Ghoomketu' that was announced for the OTT release instead of conventional theatrical release due to the coronavirus pandemic and the nationwide lockdown.

Initially, Gulabo Sitabo was scheduled to release in November last year but some pending work forced the makers to postpone the film to the last week of April 2020 before it was preponed to 28 February. And then it was finally scheduled to release on April 17, 2020, but the lockdown caused by a coronavirus pandemic has further postponed the film for an indefinite time.

It is the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana coming together in the film.

It is produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar under their production banner Rising Sun Films and Kino Works while Juhi Chaturvedi has written the film who has also penned Vicky Donor and Piku.
