Ajay Devgn's 'Singham Again' Locks An Excellent Release Date

Mumbai, April 24 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn will be returning as Bajirao Singham in director Rohit Shetty's highly anticipated cop action drama film Singham Again. The third installment in the blockbuster franchise will feature Deepika Padukone as the female lead for the first time in Shetty's Cop Universe.

The shoot of Singham 3 will kickstart in August this year, and as announced recently, the movie will be hitting the big screen on August 15, 2024, worldwide. It was earlier announced for Diwali 2024 release, but the makers preponed the release date for Independence Day.



Singham 3 has locked possibly the best release date of 2024 and as of now, there is no competition for it. It will have a Thursday release and it could make the most of it because of the Independence Day holiday. If the movie gets a favorable response from audiences, then it will go into the weekend with flying colors to the box office on fire.

The movie will get an additional advantage of the national holiday on August 19, Monday in the form of Raksha Bandhan, so "Singham 3" has a 5-day extended weekend. That's not all, it will also have an advantage during the second week as Krishna Janmashtami falls on Monday, August 26.

In August 2024, "Singham 3" will get, at least, 9 holidays or partial holidays to score really big at the box office. The previous two films in the Singham franchise were huge hits and with so many holidays in the first two weeks, "Singham 3" can dream of something big at the box office.
