Aditya Roy Kapur Jumps to Star in Zee Studios' Action Thriller, 'Om'
As Aditya Roy Kapur turns 34 today, the actor who recently appeared in Netflix's movie, Ludo, has been signed to play the lead in the action entertainer, OM - The Battle Within jointly produced by Zee Studios, Ahmed Khan, and Shaira Khan.



The film marks the directorial debut of action director Tinu Verma's son Kapil Verma. The entire film including the script, locations, and action scenes have been conceptualized during the lockdown period. Aditya has been learning the different action forms and also building up an impressive physique for the movie.





"Last year, around this time, I was juggling between the shoots of Malang and Ludo. Both films got me a lot of appreciation. This year has been a special one on the work front. I have been living with OM for the last few months now and I'm looking forward to the journey", said the actor to Mumbai Mirror.





The story of the movie revolves around an emotionally disturbing relationship in the line of duty. The leading lady of the movie is yet to be finalized but according to reports, Tara Sutaria is in the talks to play the lead opposite Aditya.





The movie will go on floors in December this year and eyeing for a release in the second half of 2021.
