Actor Nani Reunites With Director Vivek Athreya After 'Ante Sundaraniki'

Hyderabad, October 21 - Telugu star Nani has reunited with director Vivek Athreya for their second film together, after 2022's "Ante Sundaraniki". The movie, tentatively titled Nani 31, will be produced by DVV Entertainment.

The movie was announced through a video in which Nani and director Vivek can be seen getting ready, with thrilling background music. The makers also announced that they will release something named 'Unchained' on October 23, while the film's muhurtham will take place a day later on October 24.



"Nani 31", unlike "Ante Sundaraniki" which was a romantic comedy, is touted to be an action drama. Priyanka Arul Mohan has been confirmed as the female lead while SJ Suryah is said to be playing the lead antagonist in the film. More details will be revealed soon.

Nani is currently gearing up for his next release, titled "Hi Nanna". Directed by Shouryuv, it is a romantic family drama film that has Mrunal Thakur as the female lead alongside Kiara Khanna as Nani's daughter, Jayaram, and Angad Bedi in key roles. It is scheduled to release on December 7, 2023, in multiple languages.
