AEW Dynamite Results: MJF Hands CM Punk His First Loss In AEW

MJF is undefeated, he just handed CM Punk his first loss in AEW & and is Chicago’s biggest wrestling villain. In the main event of the February 2nd, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, CM Punk faced MJF with the hometown advantage in Chicago.

During the match Wardlow made his presence felt, his intentions were seemingly ambiguous, but MJF took the advantage of the situation and knocked out CM Punk in front of a stunned crowd, and takes the victory here in Chicago on AEW Dynamite.



Punk made his debut for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at The First Dance event on Rampage, challenging Darby Allin to a match at the All Out pay-per-view event. This marked Punk's return to professional wrestling after a seven-year retirement.

After Full Gear, MJF would begin a feud with CM Punk, after Punk interrupted his promo. Punk had since been undefeated just before he wrestled MJF tonight.
