Nagarjuna has come up with an action thriller titled The Ghost. The trailer and promotional content have created a lot of buzz.
STORY:
There will be a family feud between two families of the Nair group. Vikram (Nagarjuna) bodyguard is appointed to take care of Aditi Nair (Anikha) from the opposite parties and contract killers who are trying to kill her. Who is Vikram? Why did he accept this job? What is his connection to the underworld? For the answers, we need to watch the movie on celluloid.
ARTIST'S PERFORMANCES:
Nagarjuna as Vikram just rocked with swag. At this 63 years of age, he learned Sword fight exclusively for this movie and he showcased his skills greatly. His action avatar is believable and his acting is stunning. He carried the entire movie on his shoulders. His performance in this film is one of the best in his career.
Sonali Chauhan as Priya is the surprise package of this film. Her character has equal importance with the hero and she nailed it. Especially during the action sequences, she performed on par with the mighty male actors.
Anikha as Aditi has delivered natural performance. Her transformation from a naughty girl into a responsible individual is showcased well by this young actress.
Ravi Varman is underutilized. Srikanth iyengar is terrific. Gul Panag is good. Others enacted well and especially each and everyone in the Villian's gang delivered the best performances.
TECHNICAL ASPECTS:
This action thriller movie is high on technical standards. There is a perfect mixture of Stunning visuals with Thumping BGM that suited well in this genre. The Cinematographer by Mukesh is superb. He used different shades and experimented with dark themes which looked great on screen. BGM by Mark.K.Robin and Bharatt-Saurab is rocking and can be termed as the backbone of the film. Action Stunts Choreographers need to be especially lauded for their tremendous work whose output worked aptly for this flick.
Coming to Writer and Director Praveen Sattaru. He has done a great job with the movie. After Garuda Vega, Praveen Sattaru directed a Ghost movie in the Action thriller genre. He succeeded in bringing out the best from the technical departments. He has taken a routine thin line story but narrated it in an engaging manner with his tight screenplay.

CONCLUSION:
Ghost movie has created interest with their teaser and trailer. This experimental movie sticks to the Action genre without any deviations. This feat can be seen mostly in Hollywood and South Korean movies. Even though the story is compact, the proceedings of the movie are thrilling and keep you entertained. Especially the screenplay is thrilling is narrated in an engaging manner. However, the movie has a number of fight scenes filled with blood and violence which may not appeal to children and sensitive audiences. Also, those who want comedy might not feel that interested. If you love action movies or want to try something different then go ahead and enjoy this flick.
