Austin Theory is no longer guaranteed to take a shot at the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship as he lost the Money In The Bank briefcase. ## Theory tried to cash in his briefcase on Roman Reigns several times, but was thwarted on each attempt. Eventually, Theory cashed in on Seth Rollins and the WWE United States Championship, but was unsuccessful during his cash-in. After losing the briefcase, Theory took a more serious turn and won the US Title at WWE Survivor Series. ## Speaking to City News, Theory discussed his character change. ## "The cocky, arrogant, douchy persona just really gets under people's skin and it did its purpose. (The draft will be after Mania) There is some talks however of Roman dropping both Belts at Mania on Night 1 Second on Night 2.” ## However, Ringside News is quick to shoot down this “report."
