Ministry of finance has the most important role and responsibilities in government. Finance minister work to look out for every finance-related problem. Finance related work such as fiscal policy, budget preparation, tax collection, annual economic review, economic survey and India banking system policy .finance minister ensure government having a minimum fiscal deficit. In finance ministry have five departments are :## 1.Department of economic affairs 2. Department of expenditure 3. Department of Revenue 4. Department of financial service 5. Department of investment and public assist management## The finance minister gives financial adviser to the cabinet and government. Does such activity like produce, implement, monitor the Annual Budget of the government, the announcement of budget(budget speech)etc. Its Represent government in dealing with financial institutions such as the International Monetary Funds and the World Bank. It’s also a review of the ongoing scheme, the new project including in the budget, government programs, predict and spending in the coming financial year. Vice president of India is the second-highest Constitution office in the government of India which has served for a five-year term. Vice President elected by the method of indirect election. He elected by both nominated and elected members of parliament (in the case of the president only elected members to have authority to select).## The working of vice president is that he acts as ex- officio( another position that they hold) chairman of Rajya Sabha. The chief minister is the leader of the state Legislative assembly. They would be the chief adviser to the nominal head of their respected state. All new principal announcements of policy are made by him on the floor of the house. The Chief Minister supervises and co­ordinates the policies of the several Ministers involved in the formulation and implementation of a policy and department. For the removal of ministers, the governor dependent on the chief minister because the governor can’t remove/dismiss ministers at his will. The Chief Minister has a free hand in preparing the list of his colleagues and also he may ask anyone of his colleagues to resign.## Jharkhand had one legislature house and chamber, the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly has 81 seats, headed by a speaker. Jharkhand state sends 14 members to the Lok Sabha and 6 members to the Rajya Sabha.
