Ali Abbas Zafar Put Rumours To Rest As He Begins Location Recce For Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff's 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'

Mumbai, July 23 - Pooja Entertainment had earlier in the year announced one of its biggest films Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, featuring two generations stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Ali Abbas Zafar was announced to write and direct this biggie. However, there haven't been any updates since then from the makers.

The lack of official updates led to many rumors on social media about the movie. Since the movie has been announced to be made on a huge scale and budget, rumors surfaced online that the makers have shelved the movie as the budget was reportedly going over. But now, the latest post of Ali Abbas Zafar has put all the rumors to rest.



Ali Zafar has confirmed through social media that the movie is very much on track to start production soon and he has already started the location recce for the same. The movie will be shot the multiple locations in India and abroad and the shooting is expected to begin in January next year.

The title of the film is taken from Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda's 1998 blockbuster film, however, it is not a remake and will be made on an original script. Written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, BMCM is an out-and-out action entertainer with some comic moments.

"Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" is touted to be the biggest action film in Bollywood produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and Ali Abbas Zafar under the banners of Pooja Entertainment and AAZ films. It will be a Pan India film and will release on Christmas 2023.
