Box Office: Blockbuster 'Pathaan' Hits 500 Crores Net In All Versions
Mumbai, February 15 - Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan" is unstoppable and proving to be a one-horse race at the box office. The spy actioner is racing towards the epic box office milestone of 1000 crores worldwide. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Pathaan" has become the first ever Bollywood movie to hit 500 crores net collection. The movie scored approx. 499 crores net through the 3rd Tuesday in all versions, and at the time of penning this piece, it has breached Rs. 5 billion mark. ## The Hindi version of "Pathaan" has earned approx. 482 crores net through 3rd Tuesday (21 days). It is already the highest-grossing Hindi title and has already scored more than 100 crores than the second-placed "Dangal" which scored approx. 374 crores net in Hindi. ## "Pathaan", meanwhile, is chasing history to become the biggest Hindi grosser ever at the domestic box office. Currently, SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali 2" is the number 1 grosser with 511 crores net. The SRK-starrer will be around 490 crores net at the end of the 3rd week and then, it will need approx. 20 crores more the beat BB2. ## The Yash Raj Films' production was enjoying a free run until now, but this weekend onwards, it will be up against "Shahzada" and "Ant-Man 3" which might dent its chances to go past BB2. At the worldwide box office, "Pathaan" has grossed approx. 960 crores till yesterday. ## Stay tuned...
