Semifinals Of The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Now Set

The semifinals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic are now determined after Tuesday's WWE NXT episode.

Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams and the LWO's Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde secured their spots in the 2024 Dusty Classic semifinals with victories on Tuesday's show.



Hayes & Williams secured their semifinal berth by defeating the team of Edris Enofe & Malik Blade. Meanwhile, the LWO bested Chase U's Duke Hudson & Riley Osborne to advance in the tournament.

In the upcoming semifinals, the LWO's Del Toro & Wilde will face Hayes & Williams in a match whose date is yet to be announced, but it is likely to take place on the January 30 WWE NXT episode.

On the other side of the Dusty Classic bracket, Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin are set to clash with Nathan Frazer & Axiom in the other semifinal, scheduled for the January 23 WWE NXT show.



The Dusty Classic finals are slated to occur at WWE NXT Vengeance Day on Sunday, February 4.

During this week's NXT show, two title matches were also confirmed for Vengeance Day: Ilja Dragunov defending the NXT Championship against Williams, and Lyra Valkyria putting the NXT Women's title on the line against Roxanne Perez.
