Prabhas' 'Radhe Shyam' To Be Screened In The World's Second Largest IMAX Screen At Melbourne

Mumbai, December 22 - Prabhas is gearing up for his next Pan-India film "Radhe Shyam", which is scheduled to release on January 14, 2022. The trailer of this visually spectacular period romantic drama will be released on December 23, during an event in Hyderabad.

While the fans of Prabhas and movie lovers in India have been waiting for "Radhe Shyam" for a long time, the movie will extra special for the actor's fans in Australia as they will have a chance to watch this film in the world's second-largest IMAX screen in Melbourne.



According to Bollywood Hungama, a special show of "Radhe Shyam" will take place on Friday, January 14, 2022, on the IMAX screen in Melbourne. Interestingly, the screen, which measures 105 feet × 75 feet, used to be the biggest IMAX screen a couple of months ago. However, the biggest IMAX screen in the world now belongs to Traumpalast Multiplex in Leonberg, Germany, which opened with James Bond "No Time To Die" on September 30.

Meanwhile, the screen in Melbourne, Australia, will be the only IMAX screen in the world to screen "Radhe Shyam" as it has not been remastered into the IMAX format. The tickets for this special IMAX show of Radhe Shyam have already opened and is almost full. As per the IMAX Melbourne website, the movie is 155 minutes long excluding intermission.

Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, "Radhe Shyam" is a period love story film, set in the Europe of 1970s. Produced by T-Series, and UV Creations, the movie stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead, alongside Bhagyashree Patwardhan, Krishnam Raju, Sachin Khedekar, and Murali Sharma among others in key roles.
