Diljit Dosanjh And Shehnaaz Gill Wrap Up Shooting Of Honsla Rakh; Film Will Release On Dusshera 2021

Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh and Shehnaaz Gill have wrapped up the shooting of their upcoming Punjabi movie, Honsla Rakh. The actors have been shooting for the film in Canada since the second half of February 2021. Honsal Rakh is a comedy film, directed by Amarjit Singh Saron and produced by Daljit Thind and Diljit Dosanjh.

In February, makers released the first official poster of Honsla Rakh and also announced that the movie will release on 15 October 2021 on the occasion of Dusshera. It also stars Sonam Bajwa and Gippy Grewal's son, Shinda Grewal.



Diljit took to Instagram and shared pictures as he announced the shoot wrap. "#HonslaRakh Shooting DONE 😊🙏🏽", the actor wrote in the caption.

Shehnaaz Gill, on the other hand, posted a group photo of the Honsla Rakh team and captioned it with a bunch of heart emojis.

Honsla Rakh will be Shehnaaz Gill's 4th Punjabi film of her career, first since "Daaka" in 2019. She has previously starred in Sat Shri Akaal England, Kala Shah Kala, and Daaka. The actress shot to fame with her Bigg Boss 13 stint in 2020. She emerged as one of the most loved contestants in the history of Bigg Boss.
