KGF Makers Officially Launched Srii Murali's 'Bagheera'

Bengaluru, May 20 - Hombale Films is on a roll and ready to start their new film, titled "Bagheera". After the blockbuster box office success of "KGF Chapter 2", the studio officially launched their next movie with Muhurtha shot on May 20, Friday.

The movie was announced way back in 2020 with the first look poster, featuring Srii Murli as a Cop. The script of "Bagheera" is written by Prashanth Neel while it will be directed by Dr. Suri. The movie marks the second collaboration between Neel and Srii Murli, after 2014's flick Ugramm. It was directed by Neel and this time, he is working as the writer.

Hombale Films is working on multiple projects currently. Prashanth Neel is directing the highly-anticipated Pan India biggie, "Salaar" starring Prabhas under the banner of Hombale Films. The studio recently announced that "Soorarai Pottru" director Sudha Kongara is on board to direct one of its next films based on a true story.

Apart from the aforementioned films, Vijay Kiragandur-headed studio is also launching late Puneeth Rajkumar's nephew Yuva Rajkumar in another untitled movie which will be directed by Santhosh Anandram of Raajkumara Fame. It also has Kantara and Raghavendra under development.
