Warner Bros. Postpone The Release Dates Of Major Movies Including Robert Pattinson's 'The Batman'

The Warner Bros. has postponed the release dates of some of its top movies including The Batman, which stars Robert Pattinson as the caped crusader. Owing to the covid-19 pandemic, many films have already pushed back and Warner Bros. is not in the mood to take risks too.
"The Batman" release date in theaters, after a series of production delays, is being pushed from October 1, 2021, to March 4, 2022, Warner Bros. announced Monday evening, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Studio isn't negotiating the 2021 release dates entirely. Instead, it will now open "Dune" on October 1. Other major changes include the untitled fourth "The Matrix" movie moving up from April 1, 2022, to December 22, 2021.

On the DC front, The Flash, starring Ezra Miller as the speedy superhero, is moving back from June 3, 2022, to November 4, 2022. "Shazam 2" leaving the earlier date November 4, 2022, and is shifting to June 2, 2023, while Dwayne Johnson spinoff "Black Adam" is moving off its December 22, 2021 slot and is now undated.
Earlier, Warner Bros. had to push its high-profile superhero sequel "Wonder Woman 1984" from October 2, 2020, to December 25, 2020. No studio wants to compete against itself. For now, the Studio is keeping Gal Gadot starrer "Wonder Woman 1984" at its December date.
