'Doctor Strange 2' Leads Most Anticipated Movies Of Summer 2022
Los Angeles, April 24 - Marvel Studios' "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" is leading the most anticipated summer 2022 movies in North America, according to a poll by ticketing site, Fandango. The website did a survey on over 6000 people and found that the sequel to 2016's movie is number 1.
Fandango's study also revealed the main factors that moviegoers consider when choosing what they want to watch next on the big screen. In the top 10 most anticipated movies of summer 2022, almost all films in Fandangos' ranking belong to a well-established franchise.
While Marvel's "Doctor Strange 2" takes the top position, the studio's "Thor: Love And Thunder" was voted as the second most anticipated title. In third place comes "Jurassic World Dominion", the final chapter in the new trilogy.
