Kangana Ranaut Tests Negative For Covid-19; Post A Video To Share Her Experience Of Covid-19

Mumbai, May 18, 2021: Actress Kangana Ranaut announced on social media that she has recovered from the covid-19 and tested negative, on Tuesday. The actress had contracted coronavirus on May 8, which she had shared via Instagram.
Now, she has recovered, she thanked her fans and well-wishers for their prayers. Taking to Instagram stories, Kangana took a jibe at a certain kind of people whom she called "Covid Fan Clubs" as she feels such people get offended when talking about defeating the virus.
"Hello everyone, today I tested negative for covid, I want to say a lot about how I beat the virus but I am told not to offend COVID fan clubs. Yes, there are actually people out there who get offended if you show disrespect towards the virus", she said in her IG story.
The Manikarnika actress also posted a video in which she shared her experience of fighting the virus. She said that she did not want to share her covid-19 journey as she may end up offending "covid fan clubs", but it was her sister, Rangoli who helped her change her mind.
Kangana has been subject to violating social media rules in her posts. Earlier, her Twitter account was permanently suspended before Instagram put down one of her posts in which she called coronavirus, the small-time flu.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for the release of Thalaivi, which has been postponed because of the pandemic. Earlier this year, the actress won the Best Actress National Award for her films Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Panga.
