Mumbai, February 3 - One of the keenly awaited films "Selfiee" starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi is set to go on floors by the end of this month according to Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta. In a recent chat to pinkvilla, Apoorva Mehta revealed this news.

Selfiee is a remake of a Malayalam hit Driving license fronted by Prithviraj with Sooraj Venjarammoodu. Selfiee was talk of the talk when it was officially announced due to the casting of Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi.



Selfiee is being directed by Raj Mehta who earlier directed Akshay Kumar in Good news which was a very highly successful film of Akshay Kumar and till date remains one of his biggest grosser both in domestic and worldwide.

Selfiee is being produced by Indian media personality Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Prithviraj Productions, Magic Frames, and Cape of Good Films. The film is set to release in the last half of 2022.
