Viacom18 Announces Akshay Kumar's 'OMG2', Hrithik Roshan's 'Fighter', Among Others In Its Latest Slate

Mumbai, May 8 - Viacom18 Studios has announced its latest slate of films and shows in association with Tipping Point. The slate includes 7 Indian films and 6 shows apart from some of the most-anticipated Hollywood movies that will be released in the next two years.
The feature film Indian slate by Viacom18 includes Hrithik Roshan's "Fighter, billed as India's first aerial action film, along with Karan Johar's "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani", and the sequel to Akshay Kumar-fronted "OMG - Oh My God" -- OMG2.
Ajit Andhare, COO of Viacom18 Studios, says, "Our mission is focused on curating a compelling & diverse slate of stories from the most talented creators in various forms, narrative styles, and languages that connect with the hearts of the viewers irrespective of the screens they play on".
In addition to the aforementioned biggies are unique films like "Dhak Dhak", a coming-of-age journey of 4 unlikely women Bikers, a courtroom family drama "Shasrty Vs Shastry" with Paresh Rawal, Huma Qureshi-starrer "Single Salma", and an intriguing thriller "Suspect" starring Nana Patekar and Meezan Jaffery.
Apart from the Indian titles, Viacom18 also announced the distribution of the upcoming major Hollywood biggies, including the highly-anticipated "Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One" starring Tom Cruise back in action as Ethan Hunt and the seventh installment of the Transformers franchise, "Transformers: Rise of The Beasts".
The studio will reveal more details, including launching posters in the next few days.
