UFC 255: Figueiredo Vs. Perez Fight Card: Prediction & Preview, Date & Location, Odds, Start Time
UFC 255: Figueiredo vs. Perez is expected to take place on November 21, 2020, at the UFC APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
A UFC Flyweight Championship bout between current champion Deiveson Figueiredo and former UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt was expected to serve as the event headliner.
However, on October 2, it was announced that Garbrandt pulled out after Garbrandt was forced to withdraw due to an injury. Garbrandt revealed he has a torn bicep, which forced him out of the 125-pound title fight. Deiveson Figueiredo (c) is now scheduled to face Alex Perez.
A UFC Women's Flyweight Championship bout between current champion Valentina Shevchenko and Jennifer Maia is expected to co-headline the event.
Preliminary fights will air nationally in English on ESPN2 and in Spanish on ESPN Deportes, as well as being simulcast in both languages on ESPN+ beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Early prelims will be available on UFC Fight Pass, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes (Spanish) and ESPN+ (in English and Spanish) at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.

Former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler was expected to face Mike Perry at this event. However, Lawler pulled out of the fight in late October citing an undisclosed injury. Lawler was replaced by Tim Means.
John Allan Arte and Roman Dolidze were originally scheduled to meet at this event in a light heavyweight bout. They were eventually rescheduled for UFC Fight Night 185 in December.
At the weigh-ins, Perry weighed in at 175.5 pounds, four and a half pounds over the welterweight non-title fight limit. His bout is expected to proceed at a catchweight and he was fined 30 percent of his individual purse, which will go to his opponent Tim Means.
