Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' To Have Record Number of Fans Shows In Kerala

Kochi, October 9 - Thalapathy Vijay's highly-awaited gangster action drama Leo is getting ready to release on October 19 in theatres worldwide. The movie is expected to set the box office on fire in Tamil Nadu as well as in other states and overseas.

Thalapathy Vijay is one of the most loved superstars in South India, and fans in Kerala state are gearing up to welcome their beloved actor in style. In Kerala, there have already been 425+ fan shows arranged which is the highest ever for a non-Malayalam movie.



Interestingly, the top 5 fan shows in Kerala all belong to Thalapathy Vijay's movies. Previously, the superstar's "Beast" had 421 fan shows, a record which has now been broken by "Leo". Overall, the upcoming movie currently has the second most fan shows in Kerala, after local superstar Mohanlal's "Marakkar".

"Leo" is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Seven Screen Studios. The movie is a part of the director's cinematic universe (LCU) which also includes "Kaithi" and "Vikram". The film stars Vijay as the titular character, alongside Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Mysskin.

The film is scheduled to release on October 19, 2023, in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada, languages in the regular as well as IMAX format.
