Roman Reigns: I Don't Think Braun Strowman Deserves The Title Opportunity Against Him

During an interview with ESPN first take, Universal Champion Roman Reigns spit out some strong words for his opponent Braun Strowman heading into his title defense against The Monster on SmackDown's season premiere, this Friday on SmackDown.

Roman Reigns spoke on if he is nervous about his match against The Monster.



Roman Reigns: "You know, I really want to pump this thing up, but to be honest, I'm not nervous. I've been this I'm ten years. I've been doing this for so long. Like I said, I'm on a different level and I'm displaying a week in and week out Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday every day's a workday for me."

"You know, I mean I pack my lunch every single day. That's what I'm trying to teach these guys to be honest. I don't think Braun Strowman deserves the opportunity. I beat him up in my took Universal Championship, but because Competitor. I am the top guy that I am the face of the company. I'm going to hold my obligation."

"I'm going to you know, be accountable and responsible for the bid at the very top of the business and I'm going to show up on Friday and I'm going to whoop his ass but you know, the main thing I want to do is I hope my cousin Jey Uso watching this because I want him to be there on Friday."

"I want him to take notes upon him to see what it takes to operate at such a high level to be able to take on come, you know all comers any day any time it doesn't matter. You have to defend that title when you have to defend it and on Friday, I'm going to show them what's going to happen at Hell in a Cell."
