Mumbai, August 21, 2021: The Hindi remake of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer Telugu movie "Ala Vaikunthapuramaloo" has been in development for quite some time now. The Hindi remake will reportadly reunite Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon after Luka Chuppi.

Kartik had been finalized since some time while Kriti Sanon was juggling with dates for the film in question. The movie, which will be directed by Rohit Dhawan, was expected to kick-off in June this year but that didn't happen due to various issues.



Now, according to the latest reports, Kriti has confirmed her availability for the movie and the movie is set to go on floors by November this year. The makers were said to be in talks with two other actresses in the last few months but those talks have all been closed now after Kriti's nod.

The Hindi remake will see Kartik and Kriti stepping into the shoes of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde. It will be produced by Allu Aravind, Aman Gill, and S Radha Krishna, who produced the Telugu original. The formal announcement will be made soon.
