Glendale, 7 October - WWE is gearing up for the 2023 Fastlane event, which is set to take place tonight at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Exciting news is in the air as a former WWE superstar is on the brink of making a comeback.

Initially, the event had promised a colossal tag team match pitting the Latino World Order against Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits. Unfortunately, this highly anticipated bout had to be canceled due to injuries suffered by two of the stars involved.



During the October 6th episode of Friday Night SmackDown, both Lashley and Rey Mysterio, along with Cruz and Joaquin, sustained injuries, leaving them without a partner for the upcoming event. In a backstage segment later in the show, Rey Mysterio hinted that he was working on bringing in some replacement stars.

According to reports from Pwinsider, it appears that former WWE sensation Carlito is poised to make a triumphant return as the mystery partner in this match. It's worth noting that Cruz and Joaquin are perfectly fine; this injury angle is merely a storyline to build excitement for the return of this superstar.
