Mr. Singh also alleged that Aryan was discussing the modes of payment and code names were used. He further told the Court that all offenses under the NDPS Act are non-bailable citing previous Bombay High Court judgments, including Rhea Chakraborty's bail order. He sought remand custody till October 11 to track the financing and to unearth the nexus.
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan claimed that he did not pay anything for the party and went there with his friend on the invitation from the organizers, as per a statement read by Khan's Lawyer Satish Maneshinde. He also claimed that nothing was found on him after his bag was searched by the NCB.
Maneshinde recalled a judgment to show that commercial quantity found in one accused can't be used to incriminate another.
