There is no stoppage in T20I for Rashid Khan. The Number One T20 bowler has become a serious match winner for Afghanistan.

He added one more feather to his hat as he became second fastest bowler to reach 50 wickets after Sri Lanka's Ajanta Mendis. It took only 31 matches for him to reach 50 wickets.



"It was about keeping everything simple, what I've done in last two-three months. I don't have any specific plan. I keep it simple. Just to ball a little bit back of a length, not too full. I'm just enjoying myself, that is the key thing. It was a good surface, the ball was gripping, a little bit dew was there. We have just played IPL. That's is the biggest stage. If you perform well there, it gives the confidence," Rashid said after the match against Bangladesh.

Keep in mind, Rashid Khan was the star in Afghanistan's win over Bangladesh. His 3 for 13 in 3 overs help his side to beat Bangladesh by 45 runs and take a 1-0 lead in 3 matches series at Rajiv Gandhi International cricket stadium, Dehradun, Uttrakhand on Sunday, June 3.

He was awarded Man Of The Match for his brilliant spell of spin bowling.



Rashid Khan also became second Afghanistan's Bowler to take 50-wickets in T20I after Mohammed Nabi, who achieved this feat against U.A.E. in 2016.
