Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji attends the Third Billionth Meal of Akshaya Patra Mid-day Meal Programme in Vrindavan on 11 February. In this programme, the PM loud about the Akshaya Patra Mid-day meal and said that the BJP government to trying and willing to provide healthy and quality food to school's girls and boys to improve their health.
Before heading to Vrindavan for attending Mid-day meal programme, the PM paid tribute to former BJP Politician and RSS thinker late Pandit Shri Deendayal Upadhyaya Ji on his death anniversary and started a movement Samarpan Divas to further transparency and clean money in politics.
Shri Narendra Modi Ji started their speech in Vrindavan with a Shloka of the Gita - "The donation which is given by the sense of duty without feeling any good, from a proper place, given to a qualified person at the right time, is called Satvik Dan".
"Service and dedication are not for any respect. Just as the foundation must be solid for a strong building, so it is essential for a strong new India to be cherished and healthy childhood. The central government has tried to create tight security around childhood. There are three aspects of this safety, catering, immunization, and hygiene", says PM.
"This time the Kumbh Mela has succeeded in giving a message of cleanliness to the country. Normally Naga baba is discussed in Kumbh, for the first time, the New York Times reports about Aquarius hygiene".
"The people of this country can not repay the debt of cow mother's milk. The cow has been an important part of our culture and tradition. The cow has also been an important part of the rural economy. Now the banks' doors have been opened for the help of the cattle owners. Banks can now get loans up to Rs 3 lakhs. It is going to benefit all our livestock farmers", PM added.
The PM also loud about the Mission Indradhanush and said that "Mission Rainbow is being appreciated all over the world today. Recently a famous medical journal has selected the program in 12 Best Practices in the World".
Keep in mind that Mission Indradhanush is a health mission of the government of India. It was launched by Union Health Minister J. P. Nadda on 25 December 2014. It aims to immunize all children under the age of 2 years, as well as all pregnant women, against seven vaccine preventable diseases.
