Shah Rukh Khan To Play A Double Role In Atlee's Next Directorial Sanki

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has an exciting line-up of movies ahead with as many as three projects he has reportadly okay-ed with. One of them being Rajkumar Hirani's next social drama based on migration. He also has Yash Raj's, Pathan with John Abraham along with Deepika Padukone.

In the lastest development, it was recently reported by the leading entertainment portal that he is doing an action entertainer with the Tamil director Atlee, tentivaly titled as Sanki. According to a source quoted in Mumbai Mirror, Atlee had been working on the story with the superstar for almost two years now and they have finally zeroed down on a script.



While Shah Rukh Khan's next film with Atlee has been almost locked, to increase the excitement level up, the superstar will reportadly play a double role as an investigating officer and a most-wanted criminal in the film in which, he will be romancing with Deepika Padukone.

The source also adds that this is something Atlee likes to explore in many of his films, including the South-Indian films, Bigil, Theri and Mersal, and is set to try it out with SRK here too! He is said to be working on the script now with a team of Karan Johar's writers, and will also be co-producing the film with SRK.

However, there is nothing confirmed yet about the movie but it is said to be in the scripting stage.
