The sequel of John Abraham starrer Satyameva Jayate is all set to release on Eid 2021 as makers have decided shooting to kick start in the next month in Lucknow. Milap Milan Zaveri directed Satyameva Jayate 2 has been finalized for release on 12 May 2021 in theaters.

John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee will reprise their roles from the original movie while this time Divya Khosla Kumar was roped in to play the leading lady role instead of Aisha Sharma.

Satyameva Jayate 2 is a vigilante action film that is being produced by Bhushan Kumar, Nikkhil Advani, Monisha Advani, and Madhu Bhojwani under the production banners of T-Series and Emmay Entertainment.

The sequel was announced on 27 September 2018 after the huge success of Satyameva Jayate that was released worldwide on 15 August 2018. The movie was a hit at the box office and grossed over 120 crores worldwide.
