Akshay Kumar And Ajay Devgn To Reunite For A Two-Hero Action Film?

Mumbai, May 22 - Bollywood superstars Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn were recently seen in Rohit Shetty's "Sooryavanshi", in which Ajay played a cameo appearance. As per the latest rumors, both Akshay and Ajay will be headlining a two-hero action movie.

According to a Mid-Day report, the "Bachchhan Paandey" actor has reportedly given his nod to a project to be produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, a long-time associate of Ajay Devgn. Further development on the project will reportedly take place after Ajay returns from Goa, where he is currently filming "Drishyam 2" with Tabu and Akshaye Khanna.



Akshay Kumar previously collaborated with Kumar Mangat's Wide Frame Pictures on "Special 26". It was a box office hit. The details about the upcoming film are yet to be known but it is said to be a masala entertainer. If the movie is really happening, it will be Ajay and Akshay's film together since "Insan" (2015) is in the leading role.

Meanwhile, Akshay is currently waiting for the release of his long-awaited historical biographical drama film "Prithviraj", which is scheduled to release on June 3rd in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. Ajay will also be seen next in the sports biopic "Maidaan", scheduled to release in June/July this year.
