At the 2024 Royal Rumble, Cody Rhodes and Bayley emerged victorious, outlasting 29 other Superstars in their respective Royal Rumble Matches. This achievement earned them the right to challenge a World Champion at The Showcase of the Immortals.

The night wasn't just about Rumble glory. The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, weathered the storm in a fiery Fatal 4-Way Match, retaining his title against the combined might of Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and LA Knight.



Meanwhile, the United States Title scene witnessed controversy erupt, as Kevin Owens' quest for gold against Logan Paul took an unexpected turn. Owens, momentarily blinded by Paul's obnoxious antics, inadvertently used an unauthorized weapon, leading to a disqualification.

Beyond the in-ring drama, the 2024 Royal Rumble shattered records. According to Fightful Select, the event drew the highest viewership in Rumble history, and the largest non-WrestleMania PLE audience ever, with an impressive 48,044 fans packing Tropicana Field.

Fightful Select has learned last night's WWE Royal Rumble saw their largest viewership in the history of the event. It's also the largest audience of any PLE in WWE history, outside of WrestleMania, per internal memos.
