SSMB29: Mahesh Babu's Film With SS Rajamouli To Be Launched On The Superstar's Birthday?

Hyderabad, June 12 - The blockbuster Indian filmmaker SS Rajamouli will next be joining forces with Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu. Even though the movie is tentatively titled SSMB 29, moviegoers around the world are eagerly waiting to know what Rajamouli is going to do with this after setting high standards with "RRR" and "Baahubali" films.

There is still some time left for the film to start rolling but Rajamouli and the team are reportedly gearing up to launch the movie officially soon. According to Pinkvilla, the makers of "SSMB29" will officially launch the movie on Mahesh Babu's birthday, which is on August 9.



It is said that Rajamouli will take almost two months to fully get the storyline ready after which he will narrate it to Mahesh Babu again and will things further. After announcing the movie officially in August, Rajamouli will work on pre-visualization and pre-production of the film which is expected to go on floors in early 2024.

Mahesh Babu is currently shooting for director Trivikram Srinivas' "Guntur Kaaram" which is scheduled to release on January 13, 2024. It has Pooja Hegde as the female lead among others in key roles. Meanwhile, "SSMB 29" is a jungle adventure film that will release in 2025 across the globe.
