Brock Lesnar vs. Gunther Won't Be Part Of The WrestleMania Card Unless WWE Decides
The highly anticipated matchup between Brock Lesnar and Gunther was initially one of the top plans WWE intended to secure for WrestleMania 40. However, recent developments suggest a change in this course of action.
During the WWE Royal Rumble, Bron Breakker stepped in to replace Brock Lesnar, who had been withdrawn from the event. This decision was prompted by Lesnar's connection to a Wall Street Journal story covering Janel Grant's lawsuit against WWE and Vince McMahon.
Despite Lesnar's undeniable status as one of WWE's top stars and a significant draw for the company, recent days have witnessed a shift in the planned trajectory for him. According to earlier reports by Meltzer, Lesnar was originally slated to face Dominik Mysterio at WWE Elimination Chamber.
The long-anticipated clash between Lesnar and Gunther, initially earmarked for WrestleMania, now appears uncertain. Dave Meltzer also mentioned that all the spots and eliminations achieved by Breakker during the recent event were originally intended for Lesnar.
