'Animal' Becomes 115th Film To Enter 100 Crores Net Club In Hindi; 7th For Ranbir Kapoor

Mumbai, December 3 - The record-breaking start for Animal, starring superstar Ranbir Kapoor, has made it the 115th film to enter the coveted 100 crores net club in Hindi. The film took just two days to reach the milestone of 100 crores net, making it the second fastest after Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal has scored 113.12 crores net so far and is currently the 90th biggest net-grosser film in Hindi. It will be either the 42nd or 43rd position after the 3-day opening weekend collection and also has an outside chance at scoring the biggest opening weekend ever in Hindi by topping SRK's Jawan.
For Ranbir Kapoor, Animal is his 7th film in the 100 crores net club after Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, Sanju, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and Barfi. TJMM, which was released in March this year, was the actor's 6th film to enter Century Club.
Actress Rashmika Mandanna scored her 2nd century at the Hindi box office, after Pushpa - The Rise, the dubbed version of the Telugu movie of the same name. Animal also became director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's second film to hit 100 crores net, after Kabir Singh. Interestingly, both Animal and Kabir Singh are adult-rated and the only adult-rated films to cross the 100 crores net milestone.
