Maddock Films Releases The Teaser of Varun Dhawan And Kriti Sanon's 'Bhediya'

Mumbai, September 30 - Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon team up for the second time in director Amar Kaushik's comedy horror film Bhediya. It is the third installment in producer Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe after "Stree" and "Roohi".

Meanwhile, the makers released the first look teaser of the film on September 30, and it has blockbuster written all over it. Mounted high on VFX, the one-minute teaser sets up the tempo for an urban legend to come to life. It features a small town, a community, a jungle, and a beast. By the look of the teaser, it seems the makers have hit the bull's eye with "Bhediya".



With the teaser, the makers announced that the trailer of the film will be released on October 19, coinciding with Varun Dhawan's 10 years in the Bollywood film industry. The actor made his debut on the date in 2012 with Karan Johar’s coming-of-age romantic comedy-drama Student of the Year.



Produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios, "Bhediya" marks Varun Dhawan's second collaboration with Vijan after "Badlapur" while Kriti has been a Maddock Films regular collaborator with films like Raabta, Luka Chuppi, Arjun Patiala and Mimi.

"Bhediya" also stars Deepak Dobriyal and Abhishek Banerjee. It is scheduled to release on November 25, 2022, in theaters worldwide.
