The movie has managed to outperform most of the Bollywood films post-pandemic despite the collection not that high as it used to be before the pandemic.
The romantic action thriller, which is the sequel to Suri's 2014 super hit "Ek Villain", scored approx. 33 crores net in the opening week. It remained consistent at a low level throughout the weekdays.
At the overseas box office, EVR has scored approx. 12 crores gross, which is a good collection for a film like EVR. The total worldwide gross box office collection of the film has reached approx. 51 crores, becoming the 9th Bollywood film of the year to reach the 50 crores mark.
The good thing about the movie is that there is no competition in its second week as well and this should help it to earn 10-15 crores more in the net collection. The lifetime net collection of around 50 crores will be considered a decent success for the movie.
